Education is not just about the subjects that are learnt and taught in school. Becoming educated is not restricted to being in school and then in college, gathering certificates and feeling proud of oneself. It is a lifelong exercise that can be unbelievably exciting if only we wish to jump onto the train of experience and take a trip to every conceivable place on the earth. First, we all have to be on the same page: children, teachers and parents have to understand that education is not restricted to lessons taught in the classroom from text books. Parents and teachers must encourage children to ask as many questions as they can. For it is in wanting to know that will result in actually getting to know.
Education is a complete process that leads to the attainment of the full potential of the child. Our endeavor is to equip our students with life-skills to face the real world – be it planning, organizing, deciding, questioning, reasoning, analyzing, team-building, communicating effectively or dealing with challenges confidently.The thirst for knowledge is not restricted to the child. It is also essential for a parent and a teacher to keep adding to their own knowledge bank by keeping their eyes and ears open and by reading as much as possible and ensuring that children develop these habits as well.
Besides all of the above, that add to children becoming truly educated, schools and teachers must ensure that children have a society of enriching experiences. Surprisingly, these experiences develop a child’s creativity and imagination and lead to something that is often thought to be more important than knowledge. Creativity and imagination make children grow up to be productive adults who then arrive as citizens of the world ready to make their own great contribution to mankind.

Welcome to The Oxford Hr.Sec. School family! I hope you are ready to experience an amazing journey in this school. Education at The Oxford H.S School is designed to meet the needs of each individual student.
It is our mission to develop a positive brain compatible environment. We will work together as a team with the family, school, and community to encourage and motivate all students to reach their full potential. It is our goal to use various teaching and learning strategies to encourage students in learning. We will work to protect the self-esteem of each individual and to make every member of the “Oxford family” feel special. Our staff and students will become lifelong learners and responsible citizens striving to reach new heights in order to make the world a better place to live.
The school is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values combining with academics and extra-curricular activities in the children. Converting every individual into a self-reliant and independent citizen.
We believe that each and every student has a gift to share, and we work hard to unlock their highest potential. We have high expectations of our students, and we have high expectations of ourselves to help all students to learn and grow into well-rounded citizens and critical thinkers. स्थानीय दी ऑक्सफोर्ड हायर सेकेण्डरी स्कूल सीहोर में दिनांक 26 नवंबर 2021 को संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर संविधान की प्रस्तावना का वाचन किया गया। संस्था अध्यक्ष जोली कुरियन द्वारा संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर संविधान की प्रस्तावना का वाचन कर, विद्यार्थियों को संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार एवं कर्तव्य से विस्तार से अवगत कराया गया। जोली कुरियन द्वारा बताया गया कि विद्यार्थी राष्ट्र का भविष्य होते हैं। अतः उन्हें संविधान द्वारा दिए गए अधिकार एवं कर्तव्यों का पालन कर आदर्श नागरिक की भूमिका निभाना चाहिए। इस अवसर पर प्राचार्या डॉ. बीना जे. कुरियन एवं समस्त विद्यालय परिवार उपस्थित रहा।
As a part of celebration Mrs. Boossy Roby has encouraged the every child of our school to share or offer a nutritious meal with at least one child from the underprivileged sections of the society. This will not only help the child to understand the nutritional level in the society, but also imbibe a sense of social responsibility, inclusion and volunteerism.
